Back in 2024 we ran a Short Rib Taco as a feature and we’ve been consistently asked when we were going to feature it again. So for all of you short rib lovers, here you go! We slow roast these Short Ribs in a house made Adobo BBQ Sauce and top them with our handcut Slaw. We are also making corn tortillas fresh for these as well. The flavor is over the top on these.
